Son Roig

In the midst of the mountains of the Tramuntana nature reserve is the old flour mill "Son Roig". The ancient building from the 13th century is animated and surrounded by "siquias", the water channels. The water refreshes the air. A splashing and rushing sound accompanies us through the day. In this unique place we have fulfilled our dream of living with and in nature on 12 hectares. Gentle tourism, untouched landscape, open space and community merge into a unique location for your next project.

Facilities

In the midst of nature, the mill offers ideal conditions for events for up to 50 people.

We are known for our barbecue and overnight accommodation in Tentsile - tree tents.

Situated on one of the main hiking trails through the mountains, you can make a reservation at our place after a trip to the mountains and end the day with your friends, family and four-legged friends with catering. 

We are also there for you if you want to organise your next (children's) birthday, company party, get-together, teambuilding or any other event you can think of.

Don't forget to enquire and book before your visit, as we are only open on request.

Activities

The mountains of La Tramuntana are well served by roads and many hiking trails. It has been largely spared from mass tourism and is ideal for hiking and cycling. The Serra de Tramuntana captivates with its spectacularly beautiful, wild landscape, which is still covered with original vegetation over long stretches, and with its largely intact nature. 

 Son Roig is an ideal starting point for meditation and relaxation, hiking and extreme sports such as climbing, mountain biking and canyoning. We will be happy to help you plan your trip - just contact us!

That's us: Hans, Yuvadee, Emilia and if possible my son Jonas visiting us. It has become our new home, whether we come from Bavaria or, like Yuvadee, have found our way here from Thailand, to share with you this beautiful piece of land with its animals in the Mallorcan mountains of the Tramuntana. 

We would now like to pass this happiness on to our guests and share it with you. The doors in our house have always been open to everyone and that should be part of the philosophy here.
